Accessories are the finishing touch for a well-designed interior. They are what give your home or office
personality. If a 'perfect stranger' walked through your home while you were not present, they should be able to tell quite a
bit about you by the way your house is accessorized.
We are often hired to visit a home to evaluate furnishings and accessories. In many cases, the homeowner is not pleased
with the overall look of the room or rooms. They know something needs to be done; they just don't know what.
Many times the furniture needs to be re-arranged, and accessories need to be grouped differently. We bring in some of our
accessories to add to the existing pieces that the customer already has. The biggest mistake that most people make is not
having things large enough. The second most common mistake is that there is not enough light. Most interiors require more
lamps, which should be larger in scale. These larger lamps should be able to accommodate a a three-way light bulb, if
possible.
Shown below are some recently-completed projects demonstrating the use of accessorization.
